How do I watch the classes?
Watching is easy—no tech stress required 😊
You can stream Belly Motions classes on:
Your computer or tablet (just bookmark the website)
Your iPhone or iPad using the FREE Belly Motions iOS app
Your TV with Roku or by casting from any Android or iPhone
If you can press “Play,” you can dance!
How often should I dance?
That’s totally up to you!
Some members dance daily using the Daily Dance Calendar, while others dance a few times a week.
Even 10–20 minutes a day can make a big difference in how you feel. Consistency—not perfection—is the goal.
What are livestream classes and do I have to attend them live?
Livestream classes are real-time belly dance classes taught by Portia 🔴, and many members love them for the accountability, interaction, and sense of community they create.
You can chat with Miss P before or after class, ask questions, and truly feel part of something special.
Livestreams are hosted through Zoom and are very easy to join. Simply click “I’ll Be There” and you’ll receive an email with the class link—or jump straight into the class through your Daily Dance Calendar and go live from there.
If you can’t attend live, no worries! Replays are saved so you can watch the class you missed later that day at your convenience.
There’s absolutely no pressure to attend live—join when you can, dance when it works for you, and enjoy the support either way. 💙

What is the Refund Policy?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following:
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.
The request should include your order number and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Services or products already used or accessed may not be eligible for a full refund.
How do I change my password?
Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking Profile at the top right. Select Dashboard. Under Private Info, click on Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password. Click Save Changes.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password?, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I update my billing information?
Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking
Profile at the top right. Then select Purchases. Under Payment Method, click on Change Payment Method to update your billing information.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Once signed into your account, you can cancel your subscription by clicking Profile at the top right. Then select Purchases. Click on Cancel Membership then follow the on-screen prompts.
