Hi, I’m Miss P — also known as Portia Lange, founder of Belly Motions. 💃✨


I’ve spent years helping women of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels discover the joy, confidence, and wellness benefits of belly dance.


My teaching style is step-by-step, encouraging, professional, and just the right amount of silly. Around here, we don’t do scary dance class energy. We do support, laughter, movement-groovement, and “oh my gosh, I can actually do this!” moments.


Whether you’re brand new or coming back after years away, I’ll guide you with warmth, clarity, and lots of love.
